This is a story of how one of our clients is currently benefitting through an internal and search engine optimized online web application that we have custom developed for them.
Initially, we developed a search engine optimized website for our client. This provided our client with an online presence and generated sales leads. Our client still operated their business with a bricks-and-mortar office and the better portion of their communications with clients and suppliers was done through face-to-face meetings, many phone calls and faxing and all the paperwork that comes with it.
We then developed an internal web application for them to manage their clients and suppliers. This assisted then in having all their business data located on a web-based server and allowed them to perform powerful reporting, which shortened their customer service time and improved their business management. We also developed an online web application to couple with this, that empowered their clients and suppliers by providing them with their own set of functions on the company website. Interactions with clients and suppliers became far more facilitated.
In our next deliverable, we moved the complete set of our clients businesses processes onto the internal and online web applications. Through the online web application, suppliers could now find the clients that they qualified for and were able to make requests directly to them. Clients were provided with a communication channel to the supplier and were able to find the right suppliers for their requirements. Our client was now able to accept all client payments via their own secure website. Through the internal web application, our client was able to manage their rapidly growing business.
Previously, our client was only able to do business with a small amount of clients and suppliers, while still having to operate a costly bricks-and-mortar office. Large amounts of paperwork, phone calls and human effort was required to operate their business. Now, sales are made on a daily basis and operational costs have been dropped many fold. Simpler business operation, huge operational time-savings, country-wide operation, little or no paperwork and increased office mobility are but some of the many benefits that our client currently enjoys through our custom developed internal and online web application set.
