Our Process from a Clients Perspective

Over the years, CSAdmin has developed a well-refined process to manage our software development projects start-to-finish. Our process is outlines by the following steps:

1. Requirements Definition

Once a prospective client expresses interest in using CSAdmin as their software development provider, we aim to accurately specify what our client requires. Working closely with our prospective client, we document our clients requirements. A requirements definition document is thus created and is continually refined until both us and our prospective client are satisfied that the proposed system will fully meet their requirements and add value to their business.

2. Quotation

By applying a specialised formula to the requirements definition document, the hours required for development of the system is calculated and our prospective client is quoted based on the calculated hours. A development timetable is coupled with this outlining the delivery dates for the application.

3. Quote Acceptance

Upon quote acceptance, CSAdmin will start with the design and development of the application.

4. Deliverables

Application functionality is divided into sub-sets, and after each sub-set is developed and tested, we deliver the sub-set of the functionality in the form of a deliverable. Through the process of deliverables, we aim to ensure that our client is able to closely montior the software applications progression, provide valuable feedback and test the system in their own operating environment.

5. Version Delivery

Version delivery is the delivery of the application that meets the full set of requirements documented in the requirements document. Once every sub-set of functionality has been delivered the development process is said to be in version deliver stage. Further updates to the application may be required and the application is continually tested and refined by us and our clients until we are both satisfied that the application meets our clients requirements and adds value to their business.

6. New Requirements

Whenever our clients expresses interest in firther extending the applications functionality in the form of new requirements, our process is then repeated with the new requirements at (1.) the requirements definition stage.
